Photoboxx now supports @Mention printing on Instagram. In addition to hashtag printing, your event attendees can simply @Mention your brand's Instagram handle in their post or story, and Photoboxx will automatically detect it and queue the photo for printing. This opens up a new, intuitive way for guests to interact with your brand.

Why @Mentions Matter

While hashtag printing remains incredibly popular, some guests find @Mentioning a brand more natural. It also creates a direct notification to your brand's Instagram account, increasing engagement and making it easier to reshare user-generated content. Combined with hashtag printing, @Mentions give you two powerful channels for capturing social media activity at your events.

To enable @Mention printing, simply toggle the feature on in your Photoboxx dashboard and specify your Instagram business handle. Photoboxx handles the rest, monitoring mentions in real-time and sending photos to the printer queue automatically.
