If either the paper or ribbon light is flashing, it means that the printer is out of paper and/or ribbon and both need replaced. Replace both the paper and ribbon at the same time!
A solid paper light usually means there is a paper jam. By taking the paper roll out of the printer and pulling out the jammed paper, you will fix this issue. Make sure the paper has a clean cut edge before reinserting the paper roll.
If the error light is flashing it either means that the printer drawer is not closed all the way or the scrap box is not installed correctly. Confirm that printer is fully closed and the scrap box is installed.
Power Cycle the Printer. If there is still a solid error light, there must be something wrong with the paper cutter.
If the software is not picking up the pictures there are a few different reasons this could be happening.
This is due to a poor internet connection. There is not enough speed to download the image properly from Instagram or Twitter.
